1. What is SDLC ?

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a process used by the software industry to design, develop and test high quality softwares.

 




 

2. Explain Agile Method ?

AGILE methodology is a practice that promotes continuous iteration of development and testing throughout the software development lifecycle of the project. In the Agile model, both development and testing activities are concurrent, unlike the Waterfall model.



 

3. Explain Waterfall Model?

"The Waterfall" approach, the whole process of software development is divided into separate phases. In this Waterfall model, typically, the outcome of one phase acts as the input for the next phase sequentially.

 



4. Why interested in this position?

I am interested for this position because It is similar kind job what I do. So I can easily use current skills to achieve my task.

 

5.  Any Question from your Side ?

Yes Sir, I would love know about the projects I will be working on.

 

6. Your Strength ?

I can learn and adopt new things in very short period of time. And I can work at any location.

 

7. Your Weakness ?

My weakness is that I sometimes have trouble saying ‘no’ to requests and my own work get delayed. 2. When I find something interesting then I start spending more and more time in it.

 

8. Where do you see yourself after 5 years ?

After 5 year I would love to see myself as a team lead or project manager in this organization.

 

9. Why do you want to change?

I am looking for better career prospects, professional growth and work opportunities. Because with current organization my skills are not getting improved.

 

10. Why should we hire you?

Honestly, I am having same kind of skills and experience that you're looking for. I'm pretty confident that I am the good candidate for this job role.

  1. Well to be precise question 4-10 are the same for most of the organisations….be it for the technical role or non technical one.
    1-3 are the ones all Db designer/engineer should be aware of..
